Due to the high number of chargebacks being issued against us we are in the process of setting up a verification process. We understand we have a very large number of regular customer who will not be required to verify their identity so this will not effect them. But for new customers they will be required to send us their passport or identity card to our email.
These documents will not be kept on file and will be destroyed upon verification, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but a small selection of transactions have forced up to apply this procedure as charge backs cost us money.
